Peach City Sportsplex will be a state-of-the-art, multi-sport facility that emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility for the entire community. Designed to cater to a variety of athletic interests, the sportsplex features two NHL-sized ice rinks, servicing the Penticton Minor Hockey Association (PMHA), recreational leagues of all ages, and other public & private users.
Ball park enthusiasts can enjoy the newly established Grand Slam Baseball & softball training center, a premier center designed to develop local talent. Additionally, athletes looking to enhance their performance can take advantage of Fraser Athletics, which will operate a cutting-edge dryland and strength training center within the facility.
In addition to ice sports, Peach City Sportsplex will be home to both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, with 8 indoor courts available year-round and 9 outdoor courts operational during the summer months. These courts will be managed by IPOP (Inclusive Place Of Pickleball), an organization dedicated to promoting accessibility and inclusiveness in the growing sport of pickleball. These courts will also introduce penticton to hosting large pickleball TOURNAMENTS on potentially a national level- bringing visitors & ATHLETES to the community thus supporting our local economy.
One of the highlights of Peach City Sportsplex is its mezzanine, a fully licensed area for food and beverages, offering stunning views of the ice rinks, pickleball courts, and baseball academy.
